We will be at Endeavour Square in International Quarter London (IQL)* this Saturday,19th September to share details about the evolving plans for the two residential developments we’re working on at IQL – S1 and S11. As well as information about the plans, we will be hosting a range of fun activities with plenty of exciting giveaways!

We’ll be exhibiting in Endeavour Square between 10am and 3pm and would love to see you there. Members of the project team will be available to talk through the plans and answers your questions.

Thank you to all who joined our public exhibitions this week! Over 200 people stopped by to learn more, ask about, and share their views on the developing designs for the proposed S1 & S11 residential buildings at IQL.

On 6th of June, we held our first Community Liaison Group meeting. This group is meant to provide a regular forum for representative community feedback and views.

We had 8 representatives from local groups, organisations and residents. Topics discussed covered the emerging masterplan, S10, S1 and S11, and adjoining public realm spaces. Thank you to everyone who attended!

Since the last stage of consultation in February 2018, the IQL team has been revising the masterplan, whilst working up details on the two new residential buildings (known as S1 and S11). The comments received at the February exhibitions and in various public events during this period, have been considered by the design teams and helped inform the emerging masterplan.

From Thursday 31 May 2018, we will be holding public drop-in exhibitions for the local community, businesses and visitors to see the developed masterplan and detailed proposals for S1 and S11 buildings, ahead of a planning application in Summer 2018.
