We will be at Endeavour Square in International Quarter London (IQL)* this Saturday,19th September to share details about the evolving plans for the two residential developments we’re working on at IQL – S1 and S11. As well as information about the plans, we will be hosting a range of fun activities with plenty of exciting giveaways!

We’ll be exhibiting in Endeavour Square between 10am and 3pm and would love to see you there. Members of the project team will be available to talk through the plans and answers your questions.

If you can’t make it, we’d still like to hear from you – you can provide your feedback here .

Safety is paramount for us and we will be ensuring that COVID-19 guidelines are adhered to. Our display is social distancing friendly and there will be antibacterial hand gel available to use prior to, and after, the interactive activities.

Members of the project team will be available between 10am and 4pm on the 14th and 15th of August to answer any questions you may have. If you can’t attend during these times, the virtual exhibition will remain on the website for the next few weeks, so you can view the proposals in your own time.

Stratford City Business District Limited (SCBD) is displaying the illustrative design for plot S10 within the new masterplan designs for International Quarter London. The website has been updated to provide details of the plans for plot S10 and how they fit into the updated masterplan context. SCBD

is looking to submit a planning application for the development of plot S10 this spring. Find out more about the project on our website.

We will also be at the  Stratford outdoor market  on Broadway next Tuesday  28th August 4-6pm .

Come by IQL this Saturday to plant some seeds or try your hand at a herb window box! You will be able to take these home, and also to ‘plant ideas’ on little flags, suggesting activities for the future of IQL’s public spaces. Join us as an East London resident or as a local worker.

On 6th of June, we held our first Community Liaison Group meeting. This group is meant to provide a regular forum for representative community feedback and views.

We had 8 representatives from local groups, organisations and residents. Topics discussed covered the emerging masterplan, S10, S1 and S11, and adjoining public realm spaces. Thank you to everyone who attended!

From Thursday 31 May 2018, we will be holding public drop-in exhibitions for the local community, businesses and visitors to see the developed masterplan and detailed proposals for S1 and S11 buildings, ahead of a planning application in Summer 2018.

Since the last stage of consultation in February 2018, the IQL team has been revising the masterplan, whilst working up details on the two new residential buildings (known as S1 and S11). The comments received at the February exhibitions and in various public events during this period, have been considered by the design teams and helped inform the emerging masterplan.

At this stage of consultation, the team will share more details and gather your feedback on the designs of S1, S10 and S11 buildings, public realm, vision and long-term strategy.

The events will include interactive exhibition boards – with updated plans and digital flyovers through the masterplan. Lendlease and the project team will be on hand to discuss the scheme with you and answer any questions you may have. Full event details are below and more information can be downloaded  here .

A second open workshop invited representatives from local community organisations to participate in conversations about the emerging masterplan. The minutes from this meeting are available here.

In February a number of open workshops were held to discuss the emerging Masterplan for IQL. The first workshop invited local businesses from Stratford, Hackney Wick, and the Queen Elizabeth Olympic Park (QEOP) area to disucss IQL in greater detail. Your Neighbourhood Talks is happening tonight, 18:15pm – 20.30pm at Chobham Academy. Join us to have your say on the emerging Masterplan for International Quarter London and meet the project team.
