make sure the housing retains its value. dont build it so cheaply that it falls apart after a couple of year (like the new build i live in currently)

Good quality variety planting to improve the look of the area, clean the air and to support bees, birds and butterflies, but must be watered, weeded, litter picked and maintained to keep it looking good

You need to make more of the housing affordable. 35% is not very much. I have lived in the area for the past 5 years and before that was in Leytonstone so have seen Stratford developing to what it is now. I like the development, however the lack of affordable housing for those who have grown up in the area is very poor and this is the main thing that needs to be addressed for any more deveopment.
