Mostly negative
What do you think of the proposed design of S1 and S11?
The green roofs on S6/S7 have failed considerably with high winds and the plants just die with no maintenance, littering from higher floor residents, and infestation of snails. Without proper attention the green roofs will be exactly the same.

The trees and plants on multiple levels are the best thing about this building. The more that can be focused around this, the more iconic the building will be

The buildings are ok, but gunmen the are so near the park it would be much it they had a greener more natural style to blend in

The shorter tower be taller, at least 3/4of the main tower otherwise it will be lost in the surrounding developments.

Post Covid Virus who will really want to live in a glass box surrounded by a half empty shopping centre. The world is changing. We developed a workable model over 100 years ago - terrace housing with local amenities
