What is your overall impression of the emerging Masterplan?

Are there any aspects of the masterplan you would like to see developed further?

Who really wants to live in an area surrounded by railway lines and the entrance to a multi-storey carpark. This has created a very isolated site with no easy or close access to local services (on a human scale (Westfield is not the same). Much more thought needs to be given to the urban realm from the perspective of a pedestrian.
