You do not declare what percentage of the scheme will be affordable housing. There is a need for affordable housing for working people on low incomes. You do not say anything about people buying for rent. The Sugar House Island development is prioritising purchasers who want to live in their properties to create more sustainable communities and reduce 'churn'. Yes I like all the amenities that you describe.
