Is there anything else you'd like to add?

S1 and S11 are not really standalone buildings. They need to be blended in with the wider IQL and the more mature GHG. There are really 2 residential wings in the development. Both wings need to be connected, and importantly, feel connected. (At least some) facilities and design elements should be shared.
